Jo is an organizational transformation consultant and facilitator with over 10 years of experience working with organizations, and the people in them, become healthier versions of themselves. His specialty is working with organizations that are striving for high levels of employee participation and engagement. Prior to founding Culture Wise, he was a leader in a Fortune 50 company and a Management Consultant. Jo is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree specializing in Leadership and Organizational Behavior.
